This high end Condominum Project is located at the entrance of the well-known Gurney Drive
Promenade.
The units of the larger tower Block A are large at 10,000 sf per unit and the Penthouse at 26,000
sf. Every unit has its own swimming pool with a direct view to the sea. Block B units are about
5,000 sq ft each. It is the only Apartment project with access to a small beach at Gurney Drive.
The sinuous forms were created to simulate the dynamic image of the waves of the seaside
location.
