This project is strategically located at Bangsar South with frontage to the Federal Highway. The
proposed Office Block faces the Highway and the Proposed Budget Hotel with 2000 rooms was
located at the rear with access to the Bangsar South Shopping Mall.
The hotel was also planned to provide accommodation for the Midvalley Mall staff including
security staff, cleaners and general shopping mall workers; as affordable housing as well as easy
access to the mall.
