This urban development was created in a less prestigious neighbourhood in Penang. It included the need to completely remove several dilapidated structures on site to create a new urban park for the residents.

The 4 towers were developed to minimise the footing print of the buildings on the site, thus allowing the creation of a large urban park with facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, running tracks and a playground for children.
